Incoloy 825是钛稳定化处理的全奥氏体镍铁铬合金,并添加了铜和钼。Incoloy 825是一种通用的工程合金,在氧化和还原环境下都具有抗酸和碱金属腐蚀性能。高镍成份使合金具有有效的抗应力腐蚀开裂性。在各种介质中的耐腐蚀性都很好,如硫酸、磷酸、硝酸和有机酸,碱金属如氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾和盐酸溶液。汉锴主要供应产品棒材,板材,无缝管,锻件,带材等。

Characteristics of Incoloy 825
1.High resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion
2. Good resistance to chloride-induced pitting and crevice corrosion
3.Good resistance to oxidizing and non-oxidizing hot acids
4.ood toughness, even under continuous operation, at both room and elevated temperatures, up to approximately 550 °C (1.020 °F)
5.Approval for pressure vessels with wall temperatures up to 450 °C
