Incoloy800合金中的Cr含量通常为15-25%，镍含量为30-45%，并含有少量的铝和钛。800合金从高温快冷后均处于奥氏体单项区，因此，使用状态为单一奥氏体组织。该合金具有较高的铬含量和足够的镍含量，所以有较高的耐高温腐蚀性能，在工业中应用较多。在高温下有良好的抗氧化、渗碳和硫化性能以及断裂以及蠕变强度。

Incoloy800主要用于化学工业核发生器硝酸冷却器、醋酐裂化管换热设备，换热管等。

Characteristics of Incoloy 800
1.Good corrosion and heat resistance

Corrosion resistance
Incoloy 800 is resistant to many corrosive media. For wet corrosion, the increased nickel content of this alloy results in good resistance to stress cracking corrosion. The elevated chromium content increases the resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. The alloy shows good resistance in nitric acid and organic acids, but only limited resistance to sulfuric and hydrochloric acid. Pitting corrosion may occur in halogen-containing acids. The material shows good resistance in oxidizing and reducing saline solutions. It is also resistant in fresh water and steam as well as mixtures of steam, air and carbon dioxide.
