Monel400管是一种用量大、用途广、综合性能佳、高耐蚀的、可变形加工的镍-铜系镍基合金，具有很好的耐海水腐蚀和抗化学腐蚀性能，耐氯化物应力腐蚀开裂性能强。该合金是为数不多的能使用在氟化物中的合金之一，在氢氟酸和氟气中具有优异的耐蚀性。在氢氟酸和氟气介质中具有很好的耐氧化物应力裂变腐蚀，如海水、盐水环境中。在中等浓度的碱性和盐溶液中，Monel400管也有非常好的抗腐蚀性能。在较冷的的碱性环境下，该合金被用在弱酸如硫磺、氟化氢环境中。从零下到550℃高温都有很好的机械性能，易焊接。汉锴主要供应产品圆钢、棒材、板材、带材、管材、丝材等。
Monel 400应用概况
蒙乃尔400主要用于化工、石油、原子能、海洋开发中用的管件、阀件等。船用换热器、海水淡化设备、盐生产设备、海洋与化学加工设备、螺旋桨轴及水泵、汽油及水箱等。
