MonelK500合金以金属镍为基体添加铜、铁、锰等其它元素而成的合金。具有与蒙乃尔400相当的耐蚀性能，但是具有更高的机械强度和硬度。具有较好的耐热腐蚀性能和长期组织稳定性。汉锴主要供应产品锻件、棒材、板材、带材、环件、丝材、螺栓等，可根据客户要求生产。
Monel K500应用概况
Monel K500主要用于制造航空发动机上的工作温度在750℃以下的涡轮叶片及燃气轮机叶片；用于制造船舶上的紧固件、弹簧；化工设备上的泵、阀门零部件；造纸设备上的刮浆刀片；石油工业钻井设备组件等。

Characteristics of Monel K500
1.Excellent corrosion resistance in many applications of offshore engineering and the chemical process industry
2. Very good resistance against chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking
3. High tensile strength up to 650 °C in the age hardened condition
4. Good fatigue strength in the age hardened condition
