TA1工业纯钛系指几种具有不同的铁、碳、氧、氮等杂质含量的非合金钛。它不能进行热处理强化。其成形性能优异,并且易于熔焊和钎焊。
它主要用于制造各种非承力结构件,长期工作温度可达300℃。汉锴主要供应产品有厚板、薄板、棒材、丝材、管材、锻件和铸件。
TA1应用概况
TA1工业纯钛在 20 世纪 60年代初国内开始工业性生产,现已大量用于制造飞机和发动机零件,如飞机发动机舱的波纹板、防火墙和铸造的
静止结构件等。合金对应ASTM标准Grade1(UNS R50250).

TA1 industrial pure titanium refers to several kinds of unalloyed titanium with different contents of iron, carbon, oxygen, nitrogen and other
impurities. It cannot be strengthened by heat treatment. It has excellent formability and is easy to be fused and brazed.It is mainly used to
manufacture various non-load-bearing structural parts, and the long-term working temperature can reach 300 ℃
TA1 industrial pure titanium started industrial production in China at the beginning of the 1960s, and has been widely used in the manufacture
of aircraft and engine parts, such as corrugated plates in the engine compartment of aircraft, firewalls and cast static structural parts. The alloy
