NO2201是含碳量极低的商业纯镍,具有优良的力学性能和耐腐蚀性,较高的热导率和电导率,低气体含量和低蒸汽压力。NO2200及NO2201为常用商业纯镍。汉锴主要供应板材,棒材,无缝管等。

 NO2201应用概况

NO2201广泛应用在食物加工处理设备、食盐提炼设备;采矿和海洋开采。应用温度高于300°C(572°F)时,NO2201性能优于NO2200,用于制造工业氢氧化钠所需的设备。

纯镍材料在任何浓度和温度的氢氧化钠溶液和400℃以上的熔融态氢氧化钠中具有良好的耐腐蚀性能。纯镍材料对过氧化钠,碳酸钠, 碳酸氢钠以及含有硝酸钾的碱性溶液或者熔融液体都有良好的耐腐蚀性能。

Pure nickel material has good corrosion resistance in sodium hydroxide solution of any concentration and temperature and molten sodium hydroxide above 400 ℃.Pure nickel material has good corrosion resistance to sodium peroxide,sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and alkaline solution or molten liquid containing potassium nitrate.

NO2201纯镍 Corrosion resistance

NO2200 and NO2201纯镍 have excellent resistance against many corrosive media, in particular hydrofluoric acid and alkalis.The corrosion resistance is particularly good under reduced conditions; but as soon as a passivatingoxide layer forms, this is also true in oxidizing media. An extraordinary characteristic is the resistance in alkali solutions up to salt baths.
