Hastelloy G3合金简称G3,是一种性能优越的镍基耐蚀合金,属于含Mo、Cu的Ni-Cr-Fe系,它具有优良的抗氧化和大气腐蚀及抗应力腐蚀开裂能力,而且具有较高的抗局部腐蚀(点蚀、缝隙腐蚀)的能力。合金中由于含有较高的Fe,相对于其它镍基耐蚀合金具有成本低的特点。
Hastelloy G-3应用概况
G3合金常用于烟气脱硫系统、造纸、磷酸生产蒸汽发生器和热交换器中。用该合金制成的油井管具有优异的抗H2S、CO2、Cl-腐蚀性能,是酸性气田油井管的最佳选材。

Characteristics of Hastelloy G-3
Hastelloy G-3 (UNS N06985/W. Nr. 2.4619) is anickel-chromium-iron alloy with additions of molybdenum and copper. Some of the minor elements are controlled to yield increased resistance to heat-affected-zone (HAZ) corrosion and improved weldability. Alloy G-3 has excellent corrosion resistance to oxidizing chemicals and atmospheres. It is also resistant to reducing chemicals because of its nickel and copper contents. Nickel also provides the alloy with exceptional stress-corrosion-cracking resistance in chloride-containing environments. The high molybdenum provides very good resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. The low carbon helps preventsensitization, giving the alloy resistance to intergranular corrosion.
Typical applications of Hastelloy G-3
Hastelloy G3 alloy is often used in flue gas desulfurization system, paper making, phosphoric acid production steam generator and heat exchanger. The oil well tubing made of this alloy has excellent corrosion resistance to H2S, CO2 and Cl -, and is the best material for oil well tubing in sour gas fields.
