Hastelloy B3（N10675）是一种以镍、钼、钴等元素组成的镍基高温合金，含镍量约为65 %。 Hastelloy B3（N10675）镍基合金材料是在哈氏合金B2的基础上改进的新材料，提高了材料的热稳定性，从而提高了耐蚀性能，同时，改善了热成形与冷成形性能。近年来，已经越来越多地应用于化工装备的生产制造中。汉锴主要供应产品板材，带材，圆棒，锻件等。
Hastelloy B3应用概况
Hastelloy B3在化学、石化、能源制造和污染控制领域中有着广泛的应用，尤其在硫酸、盐酸、磷酸等工业中。由于对其化学成份作了调整，它的热稳定性相比原来的B-2合金有了大幅的提高。B-3合金对点蚀、应力腐蚀、刀口腐蚀和焊接的热影响区的腐蚀等均有很高的抗力。

Characteristics of Hastelloy B3
Hastelloy B-3 is a high corrosion resistant nickel-molybdenum Alloy. This alloy is characterized by a high resistance against hydrochloric acid and other reducing media in a wide range of temperature and concentration.In comparison to Hastelloy B-2 Alloy N10675 shows an improved thermal stability against precipitation of intermetallic phases in the temperature range between 500 and 800 °C.
Typical applications of Hastelloy B3
Hastelloy B3 is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, energy manufacturing and pollution control fields, especially in sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid and other industries. Due to the adjustment of its chemical composition, its thermal stability has been greatly improved compared with the original B-2 alloy. B-3 alloy has high resistance to pitting corrosion, stress corrosion, knife edge corrosion and welding heat affected zone corrosion.
