GH3600是Ni-Cr-Fe 基固溶强化型变形高温合金,在 800℃以下具有较好的热强性和高的塑性,在1000℃以下具有良好的耐高温腐蚀和抗氧化性能。该合金长期使用组织稳定,具有优良的冷热加工、焊接性能以及低温力学性能。合金可以通过冷加工得到强化,可以用电阻焊、熔焊或钎焊进行连接。适宜制作700℃~800℃以下工作的发动机燃烧室、以及 1100℃以下承受低载荷的抗氧化零件。汉锴主要供应产品有冷轧薄板、热轧厚板、带材、丝材、棒材、管材、圆饼、环坯和环形锻件等。
GH3600应用概况
合金已用于可制作火箭发动机喷管延伸段,航空发动机高压压气机、静止内外环、高压导向器叶片孔板、封严片等。并在石油化工、核反应堆、化工食品设备及电子元器件等领域用于制作排气管、渗碳容器、热处理设备转辊、弹簧、热交换器管道、反应堆控制棒和管道等制件。合金在淡水和流动的海水中,具有较好的抗腐蚀能力,在静止的海水中,可能产生腐蚀斑点。对各种废气、碱性溶液和大多数有机酸及化合物的腐蚀抗力很高。不易产生氯离子的应力腐蚀裂纹,但在高浓度苛性碱或高温水银的条件下,易产生应力腐蚀裂纹。

GH3600 is a Ni-Cr-Fe based solid solution strengthened deformed superalloy, which has good thermal strength and high plasticity below 800 ℃, and good high-temperature corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance below 1000 ℃. The alloy has stable structure after long-term use, and has excellent cold and hot processing, welding properties and low temperature mechanical properties.
