GH3128合金概述 点击进入阿里巴巴店铺

GH3128是Ni-Cr基固溶强化型变形高温合金,使用温度在 950℃以下。合金中加入 w(W+Mo)16%进行固溶强化,加入硼、铈和锆元素净化和强化晶界。合金具有高的塑性、较高的持久和蠕变强度,以及良好的抗氧化性能、冲压和焊接等工艺性能,综合性能优于GH3044 GH3536 等同类镍基固溶强化合金。

GH3128应用概况

合金已用于制造950℃下长期工作的航空发动机火焰筒、扩散器、加力燃烧室、尾喷口 、调节片、稳定器、扩散器和燃气导管等。合金也推广应用干测温热电偶保护管、磁通门、磁力仪探头、骨架材料、W 和Mo 还原烧结用料舟、铁路机车预燃室喷嘴等高温氧化气氛下的结构件。汉锴主要供应产品有冷轧薄板、热轧板、棒材、锻件、丝材和管材。

Characteristics of GH3128

Alloy has high plasticity, high endurance and creep strength, as well as good oxidation resistance, stamping and welding process properties, and its comprehensive properties are better than GH3044 and GH3536 and other similar nickel-based solid solution strengthening alloys.

Typical applications

The alloy has been used to manufacture the flame tube, diffuser, afterburner, tail nozzle, regulating fin, stabilizer, diffuser and gas duct of the aero-engine that works for a long time at 950 ℃. The alloy also promotes the application of dry temperature thermocouple protection tube, fluxgate, magnetometer probe, skeleton material, W and Mo reduction sintering material boat, railway locomotive precombustion chamber nozzle and other structural parts under high temperature oxidation atmosphere.

Typical organization

The microstructure of the alloy plate after standard heat treatment is single-phase austenite, with grain size of 4-5 grades, and a small amount of TiN and M6C type carbides, which are uniformly distributed. W (M6 C) accounts for about 0.4% of the alloy, and w (TiN) accounts for about 0.3% of the alloy.
