Inconel690镍基合金是在Inconel600合金的基础上增铬减碳的镍基耐蚀合金,其w(Cr)约为30%。合金对含氟热硝酸的耐受性非常好,良好的耐碱性,优异的耐氯化物和聚硫酸的介质引起的应力腐蚀开裂性,对高温气体中的氧化、硫化和金属粉尘具有良好的抵抗力和机械性能,具有优良的抗腐性能和热稳定性。汉锴主要供应产品板材,带材,棒材等。
Inconel 690应用概况
Inconel690 合金主要用于压水堆核电站蒸汽发生器传热管材料,是蒸汽发生器的核心技术。目前,我国已经运行的压水堆核电站机组中,只有秦山一期使用了Inconel800合金,秦山 二期、大亚湾和岭澳核电站都使用Inconel690合金作为蒸汽发生器传热管材料。大部分在建和规划中的压水堆核电站也都采用Inconel690合金作为蒸汽发生器传热管材料。

Characteristics of Inconel 690
1.very good resistance to fluoride containing hot nitric acid,
2.good resistance to stress corrosion cracking caused by alkalis,
3.excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking caused by media containing chloride and polythionic acids,
4.excellent resistance to many aggressive aqueous media or in the primary and secondary loops of nuclear reac-tors,
5.good resistance to oxidation, sulphidation and metal dusting in hot gases and
6. good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature, paired with high ductility.
Typical applications of Inconel 690
1.treatment of radioactive waste,
2.components in boilers and steam generators in pressurised water reactors,
3. production of alkali metal sulphates using Mannheim furnaces,
4.fittings in combustion units for crude oil (oil ash corrosion) and
5.glass and silicate production.
